Uni 01-12-2014 - Guidance on implementation for some articles of Law on health insurance

According to Decree No. 105/2014/NĐ-CP:

• From 01 January 2015, monthly health insurance payment level is 4,5% salary of employees.
• Employees who are off from maternity, the monthly health insurance payment level is 4,5% salary of employees before their off from maternity.
• Employees who are off and sick from more 14 days in a month must not pay health insurance  but still is entitle to health insurance.
• Employees who are working in foreign country must not pay health insurance; during 60 days as from the entry date if participating in health insurance, the entire time working in foreign country and the time from coming back their country until the time of participating in health insurance and considering as time of participating in continuous health insurance.
